Broc Stradley graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor’s degree in finance, focusing on the financial services industry. Upon graduation, Broc stayed in Cincinnati to work with the largest privately held financial planning firm in Ohio. After 2 years in Cincinnati, he decided to make the move back to Columbus, where he continued his practice as a financial planner, while helping a local firm build out their financial planning footprint. A year later, Broc decided to go on his own, and that is how Triphase: Planning, Investments & Insurance came to be.

Triphase is a business name passed down from his father, Gary Stradley, who owns Triphase Flooring. Although Broc decided to join a different industry than Gary, he wanted to continue the legacy of the Triphase name.

As a Financial Planner, Broc works with individuals, families, and business owners to help protect & plan for what is most important. His passion is to create peace of mind for his clients through his customized plans.
In his free time, you can find Broc playing basketball, golf, or hunting. He also enjoys coaching basketball and volunteering in his community.
