Scott started in the financial industry in February 1991. He’s held various industry positions in management and advisor development, but has always maintained the role as personal Financial Advisor. Scott is an expert in not only helping individuals, families and business owners navigate their financial journey, but is also proficient in developing the businesses of financial advisors.

Scott believes in helping people plan beyond their obvious circumstances by having them consider the opportunities and challenges beyond their immediate need or situation. His collaborative approach helps people implement planning strategies that are consistent with all levels of need and complexity.

Scott is Ohio L,H,A and Securities licensed. Along with coordinating some of the WestPoint training programs, he also specializes in advanced case design, executive benefits, social security planning, pre- and post-retirement planning, as well as presenting business and community financial workshops.

Scott attended the University of Iowa, majoring in Physical Education and Coaching. Married in 1989, he and his wife reside in Canton, Ohio and enjoy time spent with their two sons and three grandchildren. In addition to golf, and volunteering in Northeast Ohio correctional and rehabilitation facilities, Scott also has a passion for cooking and hopes to complete his own cookbook.
