Curt W. Lindsay
Managing Director, Investment Advisor Representative
Curt Lindsay is a 1989 graduate of The University of Kansas with a BS in business and a 1991 graduate of The University of Missouri with an MBA in finance.
In 1996, he joined AXA Advisors, LLC in Overland Park, Kansas as an agent and registered representative. One year later he became a regional vice president and district manager within that organization, accountable for start up districts throughout the state. While in his tenure in that position, he was awarded the National Builder’s Trophy Award, the Gold District Leadership Award, the District Manager of the Year Award and the Manager of the Year Award.
In 2001, he moved to Paramus, New Jersey to become an executive vice president and branch manager for the company before being selected as one of six top managers to be appointed to the position of Chief Marketing Officer in the company’s headquarters in New York, NY. In just one year at that position, he assisted the northeast division in reaching over 100 percent in all sales, production and recruiting goals.
In 2002, Mr. Lindsay was then asked to relocate to Cleveland, OH and serve as the executive vice president and branch manager for the Northeast Ohio area of AXA Advisors, managing an organization composed of 58 advisors and 14 staff.
In March of 2005, he joined Mass Mutual in Leawood, KS and formed HighPointe Financial Group, LLC. In 2006, HighPointe Financial Group was the recipient of the Bronze Chairman’s Trophy, an award that is given by MassMutual for outstanding performance in several different measurement categories. In 2008, MassMutual consolidated both agencies in the Kansas City area into one organization under the HighPointe brand name and selected Mr. Lindsay as the sole General Agent and Managing Partner. He served as a General Agent for Mass Mutual Financial Group and Managing Partner for HighPointe with 65 associates, 5 Sales Managers and 19 staff.
In April of 2009, he relocated back to Cleveland, OH to be with his family and formed 212 Capital Group, where he served as the Managing Partner of the firm as well as the General Agent for New England Financial in the northern Ohio area. 212 Capital Group has 57 associates, 14 staff and seven distribution offices. In 2010, Mr. Lindsay was awarded the New England Financial Management & Career Development Award which is given to the top Managing Partner in the New England system with under three years of service with the company.
He now serves as the Managing Partner for WestPoint Wealth Management, LLC which serves clients across the country in the areas of wealth management and risk protection planning.
Mr. Lindsay is married, has 4 children and resides in Strongsville, OH.
